Below are links to pages on our site with downloads. Although downloads of printouts are free - before downloading or printing pages, please be so kind as to read the download/printing conditions. Also you should be aware that if you have an ordinary dialup connection or even ISDN line, downloads can take some time.

Download and Print Conditions:

All Songs on this site are written, composed, performed and recorded by Brendan Vincent Owens and download does not constitute transferal of copyright ownership.  Two conditions apply to all downloads or performance or printing of lyrics/scores etc.

1. Please Do not distribute the material to anyone else - even friends. Instead, we would be grateful if you would give them our site address and let them get it themselves. This way we will know who has a copy, how many copies have been distributed, and they will be aware of the proper ownership of the material (many people obtain copies of copies and don't know where to find the authors of the material) - and who knows they might also be happy to have some of the other material on the site.
2. You are not free to broadcast, copy for re-sale or distribution without express permission from Home Records and the copyright owner Brendan Vincent Owens. Any printouts should always have the Authors name and web site address on them.  It would be a kindness to give the composer's name and website address  a  mention when performing the songs - (again this helps others get hold of the material themselves).

Note: Although originally these songs were provided free, regretfully, due to many users not following download conditions (leaving notice of download), I've had to apply a small admin fee to force download statistics to be collated.
